Recording the CD

"The Hit Factory in New York City has been the site of hundreds of award-winning albums from the likes of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Tony Bennett, Billy Joel, and U2. It was the location where Bruce Springsteen recorded “Born in the USA” and where John Lennon spent the last night of his life. Unfortunately, The Hit Factory is closing this February, succumbing to the same fate as so many of the city’s larger studios. However, before The Hit Factory closed, it played host to one of its last recordings – the cast album for Little Women the Musical...."

The evening may have been “black tie”, but white was all around as LITTLE WOMEN the musical celebrated its opening night in grand style. Tavern on the Green made for a glamorous setting, as its surroundings in Central Park were covered in about 12 inches of snow.
